Refund policy
Overview
At Clothed By Faith, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and intimate apparel, cannot be returned.
- Customer provides return shipping.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at clothedbyfaithuk@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack your item, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact our customer service team for assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
